Everyone, as is known, has their bottom and their peak. This also applies to a work of art. One does not have to see this in terms of good and evil (although it's hard to resist). The low point is a certain minimum, without which a person is no longer the person, and a work is no longer the work, while the peak is a certain maximum or optimum of specific means or traits that constitute its essence. It is good if the low point is recognized and felt, but not necessarily actually reached, both in a work and in life. Sometimes it's possible to stop the descent in time. Conversely with the peak, it is good to achieve it, both in life and in a work, although it is rarely possible to maintain or endure the upward movement until the very end.

So I see the bottom of what is to become the guitar concerto. I've looked at it closely, familiarized myself with it, reconciled with it. And an idea has dawned on me about what I can undertake and multiply from this absolute minimum. I won't say what it is yet, because I don't yet know how to name it. And premature definition might destroy the definiendum. In any case, it is simple, even trivial, but can be extended and complicated indefinitely. Developing while maintaining the audibility of the definiens. Operations preserving the definiens, which are not audible do not amuse me.
