Things Passed

for guitar (2007)

Things passed in time and space quickly lose their color and shape. What remains is not easy to build upon.

The piece Things Passed for solo guitar was written in 2007 on commission of the Silesian Guitar Autumn Festival in Tychy, as one of the obligatory pieces (to choose from two) for participants of the Edmund Jurkowski Competition in 2008. Only one daredevil, Dawid Bonk, decided to take up this challenge.
