The CD contains a studio recording of the opera-drama Sirene. Melodrama Aeterna to the libretto by Szczepan Twardoch. The vinyl version of the album also contains a recording of Daniel Cichy's conversation with Marek Moś.

The album received the Fryderyk 2022 Award in the Album of the Year category - Oratorio and Opera.
